In addition to a weight room for strength training, it offers 30 pieces of cardiovascular training equipment including cycles, climbers, treadmills, cross-trainers and rowers. Outdoor amenities include four softball fields, two flag football fields, one soccer field and a jogging track.
The gymnasium staff also organizes intramural leagues for flag football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, and softball.

Youth between the ages of 10 through 18 still enrolled in high school will be issued membership cards, and have full use of the gym, computer lounge and teen lounge.
