After a brief conversation and being told multiple times they were busy he said he would look at it and let me know but this may take a few days. They had my car over a week and I waited for their call as I was now worried to ring them.
I then received a phone call from the boss telling me they haven't had time to look at it and I need to pick it up and take it somewhere else!
Obviously I was very annoyed at this point and had quite a heated conversation with the owner. I told him this was the worst customer service I had ever received when he became very threatening and told me 'not to bring my attitude when I collect my car!
This man is the most unprofessional, rude, condescending person I have ever had the misfortune to meet. They didn't, so I rang to find out what was happening to be told they were busy and they would look at it the next day and ring me, they didn't so I rang back to be told they were busy.
