I have received training in Gottman Method Couples Counseling, a research-based method of improving communication, connection, and trust.

I work from a Family Systems framework because no one lives in a vacuum. In sessions, we take a look at how you experience these relationships and how this impacts whatever has brought you into therapy. I use concrete and research-based strategies to help clients address their concerns including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Gottman Method Couples Counseling.

One of my favorite aspects of being a therapist is combining the counseling education, training, and tiny tidbits of my own life experiences in a way that allows me to help others create a new understanding of their own experiences.
