He was well groomed and very knowledgeable of the company's services. I orginally booked for carpet only. I didn't know that they provided other services. He asked to test my tile to show me how well it would clean up. Boy was I surprised! My tile looked like brand new. He even gave me a discount for that additional service. I will recommend this tech and this company to everyone.

I intend on becoming a repeat customer. Dirt Free saved the day! I have beige carpet throughout my house. My grandchildren spilled red juice and left food stains in my living room over the holidays.

I hadn't noticed how dirty my carpet was until I began cleaning for the party--the day before! My daughter suggested I call Dirt Free for an appointment. I didnt think I would be able to with such short notice. To my surprise, I called Dirt Free and they came out the same day! The carpet cleaner was very good. Not only did he remove the juice stains, he also sold me some cleaner for future spills. I was concerned about the carpet not being dry before my party.

The cleaning guy reassured me that with the Speed Dry which was free with the special would have my carpet dry in about hours. Needless to say, the carpet was dry, my party was a success, and I brought the new year in with clean carpet. Dirt Free really saved the day for me. I will definitely use them again. Technicians arrived on time and looked professional. It smelled alot cleaner and looked pretty much brand new. I will only use these guys in the future because their price was basically on target with others i called but their cleaning was 10 times better. The tech John was very polite an explained everything. My sons room had very bad stains I didn't think the stains will come out but After he was done I was speechless. I am making another appt for my sofas that's how much I liked them. Also what I was quoted over the phone that is what I paid.

Carpet cleaner — These guys have the best machines I have ever seen. There staff is good and did great but there machines are wayyyy better than any other. I just had my carpets cleaned by Dirt Free and Shawn did a wonderful job.

I have 4 small dogs. You would not know that now! I am very happy with the service. Do not be afraid to use them to clean your carpets. Huge truck, excellent equipment and the customer service called us to let us know when Shawn would arrive. It's usually dry cleaning or steam cleaning. The outcome was great and the job was completed at a reasonable cost. I am totally satisfied with their work and would recommend this team and this business to anyone. I had seen them on the Debra Duncan show and was impressed. They came with a huge impressive truck and I thought "great"! He was short tempered and appeared to be one of those people with a 'short fuse' so I just wanted him out of my house hoping he would never return, so I was actually afraid to call the company and complain.

Duncan show. He went around things, missed spots, left the carpet soaking wet,and NOT smelling good at all. If you decide to get your carpet cleaned by this company, ask ahead of time if the manager will come to your home after wards to inspect. Also, be prepared to pay more than they quote you on the phone! After reading too late those nine good reviews, I am wondering if Dirt Free wrote them. They definitely did not have our technician!

Before u replace your carpet I called the office and because I had seen the show I got a really good deal on my cleaning. When I set my appointment I didnt realize that was a window of arrival.

The dispatch called to confirm my appotment about and explained that my appointment was BETWEEN , and she would call when the tech was on his way. I was able to run a few errands before he arrived I was actually a little late for the appointment, but needless to say the tech waited and seemed not to be bothered. His uniform was clean and he was very well groomed. The technician was very polite and explained what services I needed and went over all cost with me before any work was done.

This made me feel very comfortable. The cleaning was so thorough It actually looked like NEW carpet. I had some permanent stains that I thought would never come up to disappear. After hearing aubrey theode on the radio I gave dirt free a try and I was very happy with how it all looked and it stayed clean for over a year. We had a wine stain that would always come back a few days later after is was cleaned many times. We were getting ready to replace the carpet when I heard about Dirt Free. Their friendly carpet technician came out, and explained everything thoroughly and didn't push any unneeded extras on us.

It has been a month and the stain is still gone!! My wife and I were so happy that we did not have to spend the money to replace the carpet! I was wrong. Be aware - please don't make the same mistake!!! There are several hidden fees, which they only tell you after they have treated part of your floor, leaving you almost no other option. Oh, and the "speed dry" system entailed them laying a fan on only one part of my floor, leaving the rest of my house wet and not dry as they claim.

The providers were rude and this company lacks customer service skills as well as professionalism. I will not recommend them to anyone. Be aware!!! Good, fair work done by this company.

Our carpet was cleaned excellently, both our old carpet and then later the new carpet. We had wanted them to restretch our carpet but the technician was honest and said he could do the work but it would be a scam as the backing was bad.

It is uncommon to get an honest person. He made no money on the new carpet and had no input on where we went for the new carpet: thus, no incentive to lie about the backing. Our new carpet has been cleaned a couple of times and it always looks like new. This is a feat, as we have 8 people living in our home. Many of them children. Came on time, and didn't tell me "you need an upgrade, it will cost you more". Price was just what he had told me.

He didn't charge extra because the size of two big rooms. The carpet wasn't very dirty, so it was not a difficult job to do. I was satisfied, and if I need to clean again I will call him again.
