And we find — increasingly — that Middle America is as much of a state of mind as a geographical thing. We have cultivated shared ways of working and perhaps even more importantly, a culture of collaboration across our organization. Search thousands of agencies by location, clients and more.

Agency creative on Wednesday. Agency news on Friday. Delivered to your inbox. McCann is a great company to work for. The employees are really out going and the work pace is great.

The salary isn't great but the people make and work makes up for it. I absolutely love working for this company! There are lots of opportunities for growth. Very good pay and a great work environment. Nice coffee bar. Worked with a lot of great people and made many connections.

You can not beat the view from the NYC office Global agency with room for growth. Would you recommend working at your company? Help people considering your employer make a good choice. Leadership is strong and has a clear vision. Very corporate for an agency.

Pros Location, work life balance, no stress. Zero loyalty to staff, Top management does not know or care about persons that work there. New ideas are typically rejected unless generated or stolen by top management.

Communication is very poor from top management. Information is on a need to know basis. Very cliquish, people become invisible until a favor is needed. Pros Free candy machines, benefits are good. Cons No management involvement or guidance; no career path;. It was one of the few shops that I would say promotes teamwork.

We had a demanding client, but we knew through our leadership that we had to be one oiled operating machine to plow through it. I truly enjoy the team dynamics.. Cons that it ended! Fun place to work. Lot's of creative freedom. Not too much stress. People are good at what they do. Great team, great energy, definitely would work here again. Thank you. Pros Friendly.

Cons None. Ok get nasty. But a nice place to work they have gotten rid of the old bosses so you my want to go there and see if they have changed if you get the job stay there. Pros Hours. Cons Management. Great colleagues on my team who care about each other and the work. Interesting projects covering a wide range of industries.

Excellent location. Sometimes long hours and many weekends are required. Pros Nice people. Cons lack of advancement.

The environment isn't like a regular advertising agency. When you start working there they do not give you a guide on the agency or on the accounts that you will work with. The management doesn't care about the employees and gives no incentive for growth. When the "agency" decides to take everyone out to lunch for winning an account, they usually choose a hamburger joint not to spend money.

There is some time of favoritism with male employees. Also, management promises promotions that never happens and you keep working for nothing. I would run away from this place. Pros Benefits. Cons Poor management, low compensation, no creative team- only interns, rude management. The employees and management are all very relaxed and pleasant to work with, but also are very driven and motivated.

It is a fairly typical job, but the higher up you move in the company, the more hours you end up putting into it. It's a great time to be at McCann. Agency leadership is prioritizing strong, creative work. There are numerous high-profile accounts which are fast-paced and allow younger account managers to gain great experience quickly. Pros Autonomous, fast-paced work. Cons Work-life balance suffers during campaign launches.

Beautiful campus with a swimming pool - just a shame no one ever used it! Predominantly worked with Aldi - would like to work with smaller creative companies in future! Nice building and great cafe. The teams I have worked with are good and they know their stuff.

Pros good team with knowledgeable people. Cons none.
