Graduate applicants must have verification of graduation and an undergraduate degree conferred with a cumulative GPA of 3. Undergraduate applicants must have a minimum of 60 transferable credits earned with a cumulative GPA of 2. Students must be admitted and enrolled in good standing at The University of Baltimore as at least a half-time student in a degree-granting program.

Applicants must be currently working full-time for the city of Baltimore or have been working at an eligible employer in Baltimore city for at least 12 months.

By completing only one application, a student can be considered for multiple scholarships. Meeting the requirements of a scholarship does not necessarily guarantee a student an award, but we encourage all students to apply each semester. Fall Application Period Ends: August 1.
